Senior Recruitment Consultant for the events industry - (Exhibition & Conference Organiser's) Salary: GBP25k-GBP35k (OTE uncapped), 25 days holiday.
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge? Or are you an event manager or media sales professional, with experience and knowledge of the exhibitions or conference industry and looking for a new exciting challenge?

My client are a global recruitment business who are independently owned and run search & selection, headhunting in to the events, exhibition and conference sectors. They're recognised globally for expertise in handling their clients' requirements and delivering exceptional people at all levels across the industry. They operate within the upper echelons of the hiring cycle securing primarily permanent placements for candidates in the GBP50k-GBP250k salary banding. Their business model is led by working on retained search projects as opposed to "reactive" contingency recruitment processes and both their clients and candidates all over the world refer to them as the go to "Talent Partner"??? not a recruitment firm.

The right person for the role will be someone who can demonstrate previous achievement in either recruitment, exhibition/conference or media sales. You will be professional, articulate and have a personable demeanour which is essential when dealing with our clients and candidates alike. This is a unique opportunity to work with true international market leading companies.

The majority of their business comes to them through recommendations and referrals. They are therefore looking for a new team member who will be proactive in their search for new high calibre industry candidates via social media sites, networking and database searches. The role will see you see working on already secured business from both a delivery and account management angle, but you will also be targeted and expected to carry out your own business development and work a truly "360" recruitment sales role.

Their offices are based near Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire, however frequent travel to meet candidates and clients in London is expected
