What we do
JudgeService is an independent research company that carries out customer satisfaction follow-up calls on behalf of clients, to help them gain understanding and improve customer satisfaction levels. Our client base includes some of the best-established brands, in a range of industries.

Where we are
We are based in Harrogate, on Cardale Park, in a two-storey modern office.
 

What you’ll do
 Make customer satisfaction telephone calls – taking customers through a questionnaire and
collecting their responses
 Enter customer responses on our in-house system to accurately record results
 Achieve department KPIs, i.e. number of surveys completed per hour and calls made per hour
 Represent premium brands in a professional manner
 Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Full training and support will be provided but the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills.
