Internal / In-house Graduate Recruitment Officer is needed for an exciting role in a leading City based professional services firm. Experience in graduate attraction, recruitment cycle management and rotational placement within business lines experience is essential. You will be responsible for the whole of the Grad Recruitment program from attraction, milk rounds, digital marketing, planning and departmental rotation cycle and working with business lines to ensure top talent is attracted. You will also support the business with some general recruitment but Graduate Recruitment will be the main focus of the Graduate Recruitment Officer role.

Graduate Recruitment Officer:

  • Background in professional services recruiting grads & managing a grad programme
  • Managing the Graduate Programme
  • Attending Careers fairs
  • Reviewing and screening CV's and initial interviews
  • Assessment Centre co-ordination
  • On-boarding successful candidates
  • Coordinate graduate rotation throughout the business
  • Setting up training sessions and mock interviews
  • Attend graduate training forums
  • Coordinating work experience requests
  • Liaison with business lines about recruitment
  • Support the distribution of the funding for up-skilling of current employees
  • General business line recruitment - resourcing & interviewing
  • Advertising on digital media platforms
  • Support hiring managers to conduct interviews
  • General support and administration of L&D relating to the above programmes
