Head of HR and Organisation Development

Salary GBP74,936 - GBP80,697 depending on experience

Based in Keynsham and working across the geographical area of Bath and North East Somerset.

We are proud of our achievements and are now looking for a Head of HR & Organisation Development to join the organisation and help us build on this strength.

The role will contribute directly to the running of the organisation and the successful development and delivery of transformation plans to ensure we are in the best shape to respond to a changing landscape.

We need an individual who has the technical know-how and leadership skills and talents to lead on the development of strategy and best practice across a broad remit of HR, Organisational Development, and Health & Safety.

Strong candidates will possess a track record of successful general HR management in an organisation of relevant scale and complexity and be able to demonstrate experience of driving cultural change. They will also be able to provide inspiring leadership, with the capacity to work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, and a combination of commercial acumen, commitment to excellence, and strong customer service ethos.
