About the role
As the Accommodation Service Administrator you will provide administrative, secretarial and office support to the Registered and Deputy Managers and Senior Support Workers. You will help to ensure the smooth running of the service by dealing professionally with telephone, email and internal and external customer queries.
You will be based with the Barnet Residential services, where we support seventeen adults who have a range of complex needs, including sensory loss and learning disabilities.
As our new Administrator, you will need to be highly organised with the ability to manage complex diaries and work schedules. You will demonstrate proficient typing, note taking and Microsoft Office skills. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with internal colleagues, external professionals the people we support and their representatives.
As the successful candidate, you will need to be flexible and work the hours that the service demands. You will demonstrate willingness to participate in training and development which may be at any of our national locations.
