Graduate Sports Position. International Clients/Markets GBP46k
Salary:GBP20-25k + Uncapped Commission.
Our client works across the sporting industry and has networks within the high end, elite circles. They have placed directors in premiership rugby teams, Formula 1 teams and most recently worked with the premier league champions, Chelsea. They are the market leaders in sports sales and consequently are expanding rapidly. They are now looking to hire 5 new graduates to join their sales team and continue this expansion and further the company's success.
A chief part of the job will involve selling hospitality packages, for high-level events both domestically and internationally. Recent examples of events that our client has been involved with include Euro 2016, 2016 Champions League Final and the Rio 2016 Olympics. Should you hit the top tier of targets set out, you will be treated to a VIP trip on each of these events.
The company is very attractive to new sales people due to its generous commission scheme, which is uncapped, and can allow a 1st year sales person to earn up to GBP50k salary. Alongside this, there is a benefit scheme in place which offers:

Initially you will resource for the company's senior consultants and shadow them to learn from their years of expertise. You will be required to develop yourself a client list and in turn this leads to promotion to junior sales consultant. This step involves a bonus and is usually achieved within the first 5 months.
It is preferred that a candidate has a strong sporting background, having played to a high level at their chosen sport. Alongside this, academics are equally important and a minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree is wanted. A candidate should be ready to start immediately in London, with an enthusiastic approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong and proven work ethic, with the hunger and desire to take advantage of the commission scheme in place to make a lot of money.
