Experience from within the window and door industry, or technical sales experience is preferred, but is not essential.

The Telesales Consultant will;

- Generate significant income for the business, achieving and exceeding prescribed telesales targets.
- Perform proactive, professional telesales of their world class systems.
- Actively promote the unique technical selling features of their in-house designs.
- Proactively manage leads, through CRM database, to prioritise opportunities for conversion.
- Execute professional account management of trade sales and the development of repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with clients, trade and retail.
- Prioritise workload, to maximise sales opportunities, in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.

The Ideal Telesales Candidate will possess:

- A strong history of successful telesales activity- B2B or B2C.
- Proven ability to successfully close the sale.
- A real passion for sales.
- Positive, goal oriented personality and strong interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to understand and process technical product data.
- A clear understanding of the principles and practice of selling.
- High level of communication skills - written and verbal.
- Confident and tenacious negotiating skills.
- Strong ICT skills - -experience of using a CRM system is an advantage
- Serious team ethics, but have high levels of personal ambition.
