Residential Property Legal Secretary - City
Residential Property Legal Secretary sought by our City law firm client to be proactive in looking after a small team. In order to be considered you will need to be able to work effectively in support of the Residential Property team, as well as working on your own initiative and be competent in using the Land Registry Portal, completing SDLT returns and carrying out standard residential property searches. Other duties including client billing, dealing with administrative tasks involved i.e. copying, filing, printing documents for meetings etc, AML checks, opening and closing files, email/diary management. Intermediate/Advanced secretarial skills and digital dictation essential. Property Finance exposure a distinct advantage.
