Residential Valuer / Senior Negotiator - Lincolnshire - 25k PA + Commission + Company Car

Our client, based in Retford, Lincolnshire, has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join their existing team. The successful candidate will work with vendors and applicants to generate sales. You will procure leads and appointments for market appraisals and generate viewings forging close working relationship with all vendors. You will keep in regular contact with both vendors and applicants, reporting activity and suggestions to clients, referring to others in the branch where necessary.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of a 'hot' applicant system, forging close relationship with those seeking property in the area and generating viewings and general interest in properties on the market. Chasing viewings for feedback and reporting the same to vendors. You will also deliver specific projects and initiatives as requested by and agreed with the Residential Partner within the required deadline.

You will possess the ability to communicate at all levels including telephone and email. It is important that you also possess knowledge of Estate Agency principles, practice, marketing and conveyancing. Excellent communication skills along with hard and soft selling skills and a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active outlook are pre-requisites along with accurate record keeping and a helpful attitude and the ability to negotiate successful outcomes.

The role has an attractive starting package that includes a basic salary of GBP25,000 + excellent commission. Executive Company Car, Life assurance - 4 x basic salary, 22 days holiday rising to 26. Option to buy up to five extra days holiday. Pension currently 1% matched if employee contributes 1% or more for first year, rising to 4% after first year if employee matches or betters this amount.
