With Head Offices near Warrington the head office team support the branch network to grow their businesses and provide the highest levels of service possible to their customers. The Business Growth Team work alongside the owners and staff of each individual business from the very first stages of business right through to them seeing spectacular growth. Their work involves creating and executing business plans alongside the owner as well as providing help and support with everyday business issues including finance, marketing, sales/ business development, recruitment, people management etc.
Due to continued growth of the network we are currently seeking Business Growth experts to join the team. Applicants will ideally come from a senior role where they have active experience of producing business plans, dealing with profit and loss reports, executing marketing plans, recruiting staff etc. You may have run your own business, been a business coach/advisor or run a branch/business for someone else.
The role will involve supporting 25-30 owners across the UK to reach their goals and grow their business. Your owners can be based anywhere in the UK and will be matched with you based upon personality and skills so you MUST be happy to travel frequently although effective diary management is a must. Typically you will be based in the office on Mondays and Fridays every week in order to meet with your colleagues and share ideas. You will typically be on the road meeting with your owners on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. All expenses and accommodation are paid for by your employer and a car allowance is provided. You will support your owners both face-to-face and by telephone and email and will be their first point of contact.
