Senior Operations Manager - Oxfordshire

Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 DOE

The company

Our client is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide operational leadership for the Oxfordshire MSK service ensuring the provision of high quality and sustainable services.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for day to day operations ensuring a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction including resolving patient service issues, managing and leading incident investigations, overseeing health and safety, and manging and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.

Identifying and recommending organisional opportunities and conducting feasibility studies, motivating and developing a team and working with the Operations Director in relation to liaison with primary care and NHS partners to build links and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

Must be an experienced natural leader who engages and connects and is also a team player who has the demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, support and develop employees to enable contribution to business goals and objectives.
Must have operational and senior leadership experience
Must have a track record of delivering results against targets.
Must have proven project and line management skills
Must have driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Skills

Experience in establishing and developing new teams and services
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people
Ability to flexible and work under pressure and to meet demanding and often competing deadlines
Substantial leadership and people management experience either from a clinical, NHS or non-clinical background
