An exciting opportunity has arisen within this global luxury brand to join the HR department as a Senior Reward Manager. This role will need an experienced individually with expertise in reward, compensation and benefits in the UK and Europe.

Your Responsibilities:

Reward and Benefits
*To participate in and lead projects which support the overall Reward and business strategy e.g. bonus design, benefit reviews, salary sacrifice implementation etc.
*Manage bonus administration and communication for a defined employee group. Working with key stakeholders, ensuring bonus payments are produced accurately and communicated in an engaging, motivating way.
*Manage and develop a defined group of employee benefits ensuring value for money - e.g. Healthcare, LA, IP, Pension including key contact and relationship management with the benefit provider.
*Ensure all benefits are administered effectively and efficiently including internal benefits (employee meals, employee discount)
*Manage the Performance Review Process including - Administration of employee pay reviews - includes preparing performance review communication, gathering review data, developing and reviewing salary bandings, preparing and distributing spreadsheets, and calibrating review ratings.
*Benchmarking - completion of salary surveys and recommending bandings as required.
