We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Reward Advisor, on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of the Macmillan Reward Strategy. The role will primarily focus on job evaluation and benchmarking, to support Macmillan Cancer Support being recognised as an employer of choice.
You will be a strong communicator with a hands-on approach to delivering a first-class service to our customers. This is a real opportunity to further develop your existing reward skills, gained either as a reward specialist, or as a HR generalist in a position with a reward focus. You will gain exposure to a variety of different business areas, as a key member of the HR department.
Typical duties will include:
- Delivering our job evaluation process (using Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE))
- Conducting salary benchmarking and salary surveys
- Ensuring external research and insight from exit questionnaires and staff surveys is collated, to inform reward and recognition activity.
