Head of Site - GBP65,000 + Benefits

GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 DOE

Our client is looking to appoint an ambitious, hardworking and credible Head of Site to lead a high performing FCA regulated call centre!

The role of Head of Site reports into the COO and will provide overall leadership and direction for the team of c200 FTE.

The role:

  • Overall responsibility of the operation, driving high standards and operational performance
  • Working closely with key clients, managing and developing the relationships
  • Ensure effectiveness, robustness and transparency of the operations processes by analysis of KPI's and drive continuous process improvements
  • Create effective working relationships with all areas of the business
  • Monitoring call centre stats and MI
  • Motivate and effectively performance manage your senior leadership team to deliver site objectives
  • Providing the COO with accurate forecasts
  • Full P&L responsibility for the call centre
  • Identifying KPI variances and developing action plans to improve operational efficiency and improve client performance
  • Increasing staff morale and ensuring staff development
  • Using lean methodologies drive down costs and improve profitability
  • To embrace company values and behaviours to drive forward a shared vision

Experience:

  • Proven experience within a Head of Site role, ideally within FCA regulated environment
  • A strong negotiator with the confidence, stature and gravitas to manage both internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in driving change
  • People management experience
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
  • Commercially orientated and strong financial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Experience of working in a unionised environment is highly desirable
