This is a position for an education recruitment Branch Manager for an established Teacher recruitment agency in the North Yorkshire.

This role involves managing a team of 4 experienced consultant with a view to potentially managing a larger team of 8.

The role has come about due to relocation of the previous manager which has opened up the position.

There is a great deal of room to put your own stamp on the branch, you will have support and guidance from the area manager however you won't be interfered with or asked to introduce counter-productive methods more of the case of letting you getting on with it.

As a forward thinking agency rather than adopting compulsory sales calls and KPi's they allow the freedom for consultants to find their feet and own sales style you would be at hand to fine tune and polish their weaker areas without stripping away their individual style, this is a consultative approach which clients respond very well to as opposed to a scripted sales call.

There is a defined geographical area to cover and you will focus on supplying day to day, long term and permanent supply.

The working environment is and you'll have all the tools need to excel in your job, you will be encouraged to run with your ideas and initiative to generate and sustain more business.

This would certainly appeal to somebody that has found their current company becoming more corporate and in the style of a call centre than an actual recruitment agency. It may also appeal to a current accomplished senior recruiter ready for the next step up.

The basic salary is between GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + commission dependent on your level of recruitment experience (OTE GBP55k - GBP80k) and branch bonus, there can also be room to negotiate a period of guarantees to cover any initial loss in commission which you would lose by moving job.

Start date is flexible taking into account any notice period needing to be served, any covenants with your current company will also be upheld and not expected to be broken.
