We invite applications for the post of Senior Service Manager for the Acute Inpatient sites which are located in NW1 and in N19.
We seek a confident and competent leader, who possesses sophisticated organisational and management skills. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator; and someone who places the well being of staff and the quality of service user care at the centre of their day to day focus.

The post holder will have operational management responsibility for all Acute inpatient services. This comprises 10 x Acute inpatient adult wards, 1x PICU, Occupational Therapy, Administration and a Site Coordination/ Bed Management team.
A key relationship will be with the Senior Service Manager for the Acute Division Community Services. The successful candidate will also work alongside the Acute Division Clinical Director and the Acute Division Director, to oversee the safe and efficient running of the Acute division as a whole and to develop and achieve Trust objectives.
The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director for the Acute Division.
