Search is delighted to partner with an established brand in the UK professional services market which has experienced strong growth in the last three years. The company is currently undergoing a review and growth of its HR function to move towards an added-value HR offering and is seeking a talented, forward-thinking HR professional to bring additional capability and ideas to the existing HR Advisory department.
In the role of HR Advisor, you will be based in the company's Wirral offices and will provide a generalist HR remit predominantly to offices on the Wirral and Liverpool, but also nationwide (with some limited travel).
You will undoubtedly possess a minimum CIPD Level 5, strong ER case management experience in a fast-paced environment, but also ideally bring expertise in coaching and up skilling team leads and managers in HR and ER practices, plus a keen eye for detail and HR KPIs / MI.
This is a challenging generalist HR Advisor role where you will also be tasked with assisting the business to move towards an added value approach to HR. Accordingly, while handling employee relations and generalist HR activities, you will also be expected to identify improvement areas, project manage some change, work hand in hand with peers and the HR Management to discuss ideas and implement them. There are ample growth opportunities in this role with realistic potential for promotion within the business.
To be successful in the role of HR Advisor you will ideally possess the following experience and qualifications:
* Minimum CIPD L5 certified
* Wide ranging Employee Relations case work experience
* Professional Services sector experience
* Coaching and Up Skilling management in HR and ER practices
* HR Change experience
* Policy and Procedure management
* Experience in reporting / discussing HR KPI metrics
