Nottingham City Council has an exciting opportunity in the Facilities Management and Building Services Team for an Assets and Life Cycle Manager.
We occupy and operate within a wide ranging and varied portfolio of properties across the City to enable a variety of services to be delivered to our citizens, users and visitors to Nottingham.
Playing a key role working in an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinking multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering a forward maintenance and planned maintenance service across our wide-ranging property portfolio.
Responsible for life cycle costing's and managing multiple projects on time and within budget, achieving project outcomes that are high value and high risk, you will creatively use your problem solving and project management experience to deliver excellent customer service across the City Council and client's portfolio.
You will have a degree or equivalent qualification within a related project management discipline and knowledge of current EU procurement legislation as well being able to analyse complex situations and make decisions leading to recommendations to positive action
