Projects and Personal Assistant
What it’s about
We are looking for an experienced Projects and Personal Assistant who will be working in a varied and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting vacancy as you will be playing a key role in providing administrative assistance to the Deputy Director of Partnerships, Projects and Policy and administrative and project support to the B2G (Business to Government) Projects Team.
What you’ll be doing
• Providing administrative assistance to the Deputy Director of Partnerships, Projects and Policy; to include diary management, processing correspondence, documentation for meetings, securing travel arrangements, minute taking, co-ordinating responses to stakeholders’ requests
• Project management assistance to the B2G Projects team staff engaged in various projects; scheduling meetings, room bookings, international/national travel arrangements, document support (PowerPoint, Visio)
• Projects systems administrator; supporting and maintaining systems and databases (internal drives, Sharepoint, CRM)
• Administrative support for B2G Projects team and wider Partnerships, Projects and Policy team; maintaining databases, spreadsheets, record keeping
What we’re looking for
Essential: Office/Admin experience, working in complex office environments, shows initiative, high-work ethic and strong team player attributes. Strong Word-processing skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook/Internet)
Desirable: Secretarial qualification, degree as preferable
