We offer a range of professional telephone call handling services from managing emergency repairs to conducting customer satisfaction surveys. Our excellent team is there 24/7 to handle queries and requests from customers.

Our staff make us who we are. You’ll be focused, team oriented and have excellent listening skills.  In return we offer full training, continuous support and a range of development opportunities.

You’ll be answering calls for emergencies, making outgoing customer satisfaction calls and recording reasons and actions using on-line data sheets.
