Contact Centre Advisor
TMTI are looking for great people who can deliver quality technical support over the phone and via online electronic formats to customers of high profile clients.
A mixture of full time and part time positions are available and we are keen to hear from applicants who are interested in creating their own shift patterns within our hours of opening (8am to 7pm Monday through to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays)
A support centre background is desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Applicants must be adaptable and patient to any given scenario, and have the potential to provide support on a wide range of consumer electrical goods.

Own transport is desirable due to the office location (near Longleat, Corsley Heath).
Starting salary for full time positions is £16,000 (all part time positions will be calculated on a pro rata basis) plus staff benefits including Perkbox on completion of your probationary period.
