Customer Services Supervisor
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, as a Customer Services Supervisor you will be responsible for some of the following responsibilities:
Supporting the team to achieve a high level of customer support is achieved and maintained at all times
Driving the team to hit their KPI's and ensure that workload is managed between the team
Be the first point of contact to deal with queries from the team and any escalation from customers
Provide on the job coaching and support individuals personal development
For this Customer Services Supervisor role, you will have previous experience in a customer centric role and delivering first class customer service. You will have previous supervisory/managerial experience and be prepared to work two weekends per month.
