Supporter Services Assistant
About the role
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join the Supporter Services Team at Sense. This opportunity is to work 37.5 hours per week (full time) on a permanent basis at our Head Office in London.
No day will be the same, with a mixture of outbound and inbound telephone calls, income coding, letter and email handling as well as essential administrative tasks to ensure we are delivering incredible support to fundraising and membership teams across the organisation.
This role plays an essential part of the fundraising department ensuring existing supporters and the general public have the best possible experience; from their very first interaction with Sense and throughout their relationship with the Charity.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering, and be enthusiastic about, great customer service as well as having an upbeat can-do attitude. Ideally they will have experience working in the non-profit sector. Excellent communication skills are a must as are organisational skills and attention to detail.
