To lead a team of Contract Managers to ensure excellent service delivery at all times.

As the Senior Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the cleaning operation across c175 contracts within London and the Home Counties with a commercial value of cGBP8m p.a. You will have overall responsibility for delivering excellent service, overseeing Contract Managers, supporting them to ensure they continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients. Managing budgets and providing monthly management reports for clients and Board Directors. Working with the Business Development Team, Coordinating Mobilization of new Contracts including presentations for clients. The Senior Cleaning Operation's Manager will report directly to the Operational Director.
Personal Qualities and Skills Required
Has a strong operational knowledge of the cleaning industry. A minimum of five year's experience.
Can demonstrate an excellent track record in effectively managing staff and ensuring their development.
P&L responsibility for contracts, setting and adhering to budgets
Can demonstrate excellent leaderships Skills to produce effect management from the Contract Managers delivering the day to day service to your clients.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety
Good understanding of HR processes, TUPE, Timesheet preparation for Payroll.
