About Dot Dot Dot
Dot Dot Dot is an award-winning social enterprise and a different kind of property guardian company.
Founded in 2011, we stand for property guardianship done in a way which serves the interests of property owners, property guardians and local communities.
On behalf of owners, we take good care of buildings that would otherwise be empty. We provide guardians with good quality housing much more affordably than the private rental market. And we make a positive difference to communities by ensuring our guardians are great neighbours who volunteer for good causes while preventing the blight that empty buildings cause.
Already an established and influential provider, we are entering a period of enhanced growth and development. This means housing more guardians and delivering more social impact than ever before. Our client base and property portfolio will be increasingly diverse, and will cover more towns and cities around the UK.
About the Services Lead role
To support these changes while maintaining our focus on quality and standards, our team is also growing and developing. Our Services Lead position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team leader to take a central role in this process. As a key manager leading a dynamic and committed team, this is a significant role that will develop your career in social enterprise or housing.
