What does it mean to practice as a Team Manager for my client?
As a Team Manager within the Independent Fostering Sector you will be responsible for nurturing and supporting a team of 4 Supervising Social Worker's within a very specific area within the West Midlands, the main aim of which is to ensure that the Social Worker's in your hands are fully equipped to deal with the carer's, children and young people in their care.
The senior management team will be behind you to provide guidance and support where needed, all members of the senior management team are highly experienced individuals within the independent fostering sector; providing you with the guidance necessary to improve your both your practice in terms of managerial skills and strategic operational development.
