The Trust is expecting a CQC full inspection 4th December and in anticipation of this is offering an opportunity for two clinicians (e.g. nursing staff) to assist in managing the preparation for this. There are two roles and at this stage we are offering this as a band 7 development opportunity for clinicians working within the Trust as part of the CQC project team.

The post holders will be working across the Trust to provide assurance that the Trust can demonstrate the improvements that have been made since the last inspection. The role is varied but the will require skills in project management, assurance, governance and improvement. These is a key role in the Trust and the post holder will gain invaluable experience in coordinating an important Trust wide programme of work. The post is for approximately 4 months until January 2018 and the post holder will need permission from their manager to be released immediately.
