We`re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our telephone based claims team in the heart of Cardiff City Centre.

Based at our newly refurbished office, the positions are for various full and part time hours, on a temporary to permanent basis, operating from 7am until 10pm over 7 days a week. As part of our front end team you`ll be receiving inbound calls from customers, making outbound calls to customers and helping customers make claims.

All of our customers are in need (some are vulnerable) so you`ll need to be helpful, empathetic and reassuring. It`s a satisfying job where you get to make a real difference so great customer service is extremely important.

With our expertise and the excellent training we`ll provide you`ll soon understand how extreme weather conditions, theft and accidents can affect people - you`ll be the one helping our customers through the most difficult of times.

We`re looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literacy
  • Accurate keyboard skills

(Previous call centre experience will help but it is not essential).
