Job Share, 18.25 hours per week (Wednesday pm, Thursday, Friday)
Salary: £28,400 - £31,950 pro rata
We need an organised and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator with excellent communication skills to work in the Cambridge Assessment English International Marketing Services team.
You will be responsible for ensuring effective project management systems are in place for all Marketing Services activities, including the improvement of the user journey in the Support sites, the creation of a content calendar for aligning the organisation’s Global messaging and distribution of our marketing and promotional materials globally. Acting as first point of contact for requests for new Marketing Services projects, you will co-ordinate the raising and managing of all projects and recommend best practice and ways of improving the current systems to ensure optimum effectiveness. The post will be responsible for supervising and supporting two Administrators.
You will be expected to work closely with the other job share Marketing Co-ordinator to ensure the team is fully managed and operates as effectively as possible, handling each other's work when appropriate.
We are looking for someone who has high numeracy and literacy skills as well as initiative, meticulous attention to detail and the drive to see projects through to completion. This position requires strong negotiation skills and diplomacy.
You will have experience of working with financial information, producing reports and working to deadlines, ideally gained within a customer services or marketing environment. The ability to work
independently and as part of a team, in a demanding, fast-paced environment is essential.
Educated to degree or equivalent.
