A part-time role of 25 hours per week (10 – 3 Monday to Friday).
Administrative support to the Managing Director by arranging meetings, creating and updating letters and reports, updating spreadsheets and databases and maintaining other records.
* Daily meeting with Managing Director to review previous days activities, create notes and reports and diarise future meetings and activity and plan activities for the day ahead
* Carrying out agreed activities including phone calls, letter writing, report writing and liaising with suppliers and clients
* Regular contact throughout the day with the Managing Director to ensure all activities are carried out in a timely fashion
* Update of spreadsheets and databases throughout the day
