The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has one of the widest remits in Whitehall, centred around delivering an ambitious industrial strategy, maximising investment opportunities, promoting competitive markets and responsible business practices, and ensuring the UK has a reliable, low cost and clean energy system.

The Head of Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) will drive an ambitious, high-profile and complex change agenda in an essential part of the business to create a powerful KIM capability that supports the Department’s policy development programme agenda and enables innovative business. The programme will have a clear and positive impact on how the Department conducts business and delivers tangible benefit to the economy.

This is a critical role for the Department to realise its objective of transforming KIM to better support business needs.

You will have a proven record of KIM and KIM transformation with sound knowledge of best contemporary practices, you will demonstrate a clear ability to match modern KIM practices to the specific needs of the Department.
