Our client is looking for an accounts Assistant to work 4 days a week on a temporary contract for 6 months + which may lead to a permanent role. The job is 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Responsibilities include: Accounts Payable . Review and code supplier invoices. . Post supplier invoices to SAP (SAP training will be given) . Reconcile supplier statements . SAP supplier payment run . Review and correct Rep's expenses . Post Rep' expenses . Analysis of credit card expenditure . Post credit card expenditure to SAP Account Receivable . Post or email CARA invoices to customers . Credit Control and invoice queries Cash Book . Reconcile and post cash receipts to debtors ledger . Post cash book payment to accounts payable or general ledger . Month-end bank reconciliations Car Parking is available.
