Sales Order Administrator - Internal

Horsham

Full time: 37.5 hours/week - we would also consider a part-time candidate

Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 dependent on experience

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic Sales order administrator to work in our busy Sales department, working alongside a team of 3.

This role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity.

The successful person will be required to;

  • To manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner to include: Order acknowledgement, despatching and invoicing on a number of internal systems; ensuring amendments to orders are actioned immediately.
  • The Sales Order Administrator will raise quotations using our CRM system.
  • Supporting the customers and distributors with sales order and delivery information.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers and distributors.
  • The Sales Order Administrator will process export documentation.
  • Answer order and delivery queries via the telephone and email.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills with a friendly and professional manner, with a positive and flexible attitude to work. They will need to be confident at dealing with people at all levels and work in an organised, methodical way.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety in their job and is keen to join a friendly and buoyant team.

The successful candidate will be given full training on our products and processes and to enable them to be efficient and productive in their role.
