Job Description

Arden Personnel are recruiting for a strong QHSE Administrator for our client who work within the construction industry, based in Kenilworth. This role can be on a part time or full time basis. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • All administration related to Health & Safety
  • Accurate collation and maintenance of records
  • Collecting and collating statistical information
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure required standards are met
  • Use of Health and Safety management system
  • Pro-actively offering solutions and spotting ways to improve processes
  • Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the business management systems
  • Supporting other team members; duties are flexible, varied and fluid

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role, you will need to;

  • Be able to work with limited supervision and from their own initiative
  • Have some experience working within an administrative capacity with QHSE
  • Have an interest in Health and Safety and an understanding of application within the construction industry
  • Be personable, reliable and thick-skinned with a strong work ethic
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Be organised and methodical with a strong attention to detail
  • Be educated to a good standard
