Independent Living Housing Officer (Relief)

£9,775 per annum (£21,383 F.T.E)

Part-time, fixed term (6 Months)

Regenda is now recruiting an Independent Living Housing Officer (Relief) to work with our Independent Living team working across our schemes on the Wirral.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused housing management service to tenants living within Sheltered Housing, as directed by the Service Manager.

You will have experience in delivering high quality, customer facing housing services and possess a working knowledge of sheltered housing and tenancy management related issues (e.g.) funding, legal, management issues). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing requirements.

The successful candidate will possess experience in working with agencies, supporting vulnerable residents and demonstrable experience of effective and positive team working to ensure the best possible service is provided.

A full UK driving license is required for this role.
