To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate significant experience in delivering complex or high risk projects. Crucially, you’ll prove resilient and pragmatic in the face of uncertainty and political sensitivity. And you’ll expertly manage a number of high profile stakeholders, each bringing different priorities and points of view. And you’ll bring practical experience of actively managing project risks and issues.

Once complete, you will then be invited to take two online tests, the Civil Service Judgement Test and a Verbal Reasoning Test. Subject to satisfactorily passing these tests, you will then be asked to provide your responses to three Project Delivery questions, and to paste an anonymised version of your CV of no more than two pages of your skills and experience.
