R13 recruitment are currently working with an impressive and highly reputable legal firm who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within their Corporate Team. The main purpose of your role will be to provide an outstanding PA/secretarial service to the team of fee earners on a part-time basis to cover a 12 month contract.

This role would suit an experienced legal secretary, ideally with involvement within the corporate sector, and who thrives in a fast paced and responsible organisational role.

Your duties will include:
* Providing exemplary PA and secretarial assistance to Fee Earners.
* Organising daily routine to ensure all correspondence, documents and instructions are completed accurately and on time.
* Diary management of relevant fee earners in relation to client meetings and availability.
* Make travel arrangements as and when required, booking meeting rooms and catering.
* Ensure clients queries are dealt with efficiently, taking messages and transmitting appropriately.
* Operate accounts systems and procedures e.g. time recording, charging for expenses, preparing receipts and payments, billing and ensuring compliance throughout.
* Assisting fee earners with preparation for seminars/client meetings, including PowerPoint presentations, preparation of delegate lists and invitations.
* Typing of digital dictations and manuscript amended documents.
* Producing forms and liaising with accounts when required.
* Photocopying /scanning documents, or delegating where possible to a secretarial assistant.
* Liaising with other departments, building excellent internal relations.

You will have:
* A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Legal Secretary capacity.
* Previous experience within a corporate team would be highly desirable.
* A proactive, personable and professional demeanour, as well as being client focused.
* Dedication to assuring support in relation to wider team goals.
* Excellent prioritisation skills, managing work according to demand.
* Calm, professional and methodical manner, high attention to detail.
* Willingness to go the extra mile when necessary to ensure work is completed on time.
* High levels of competency in using Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.
* Accurate audio typing, minimum of 65 wpm.

This is a 12 month contract position covering maternity, working 3 full days per week, Monday to Wednesday (fixed) and along with a competitive salary, you’ll also receive an impressive benefits package offered including; 26 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays, generous contributory pension, flexible benefits scheme, modern and contemporary city central offices.
