Who are we looking for?
Burton and South Derbyshire College are looking for an enthusiastic Photography tutor holding a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE etc) and a BA (Hons) Degree in Photography or equivalent. You should be able to motivate and provide outstanding support for learners.
You should have experience planning and delivering Photography across Levels 2, 3 and 4, extensive knowledge of your subject area, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and experience in darkroom and studio practice. We will need you to be flexible including some evening classes throughout the term and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality. Good organisational and planning skills are essential.
