About the role
User research is essential to our plans to design and deliver better services for our public, provider and stakeholder audiences. The findings from this work helps us deliver these services at lower cost and risk and to continuously improve services, based on data and evidence.
In this role, you will plan and lead user research activities on different digital projects. You will ensure the team around you takes a user-centred, evidence-based approach to service design and delivery.
An experienced user researcher, you'll be comfortable working on agile projects and across different teams. You'll be a passionate champion for user needs and inclusive practices.
You'll need to advise on and deliver a range of user research methods and present and share the findings effectively.
Experience of working within user research roles within government services and understanding of digital technologies are desirable.
