Part Time Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

Our Client, a construction company based in Margate, is currently looking for a Part Time Administrator to work on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to teams at the head office.

You will be reliable, responsible and able to organise your time well, prioritise your work load and be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Working 4 full days (9am-5pm), Tuesday to Friday, this role will be paying an hourly rate of £10.00 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* General office administration duties, supporting all teams as required.
* Dealing with queries efficiently and effectively, over the phone or via emails.
* Liaising with managers and other members of the team.
* Assist and support the payroll team, when necessary.
* General accounting tasks, reconciliation of support sheets and supporting the Finance team, where necessary.
* Provide support to the HR Manager and general HR administration duties.
* Assist with the maintenance of systems, on-line files & processes to ensure the Company adheres to & complies with current legislation and company policies & procedures, affecting the Business.
* Management of stationery supplies, ordering when necessary, along with supplier checks, ensuring best price.
* Data entry and CRM system administration.
* Filing, copying and scanning.
* Production of reports as required across the business.
* Post management.

Person Specification:

* Good level of general education.
* Previous administration experience within an office environment would be advantageous.
* Excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with ability to use advanced features.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
* Experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners and printers).
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
* Able to work under time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
* Good team player, with the ability to take instruction but also work on own initiative.
