Finance Officer – Part-Time
The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is a leading national organisation supporting individuals who sustain damage to the spinal cord resulting in paralysis. We are currently seeking to recruit a Finance Officer to join our small but busy Finance team and be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks that will ensure all financial information is processed in accordance with accepted standards. They will also carry out work to assist the Head of Finance with the preparation and production of financial management reports, and be a point of contact for routine enquiries to the department. Finance Officer – Part-Time Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £25,000 per annum FTE plus pension scheme, Life Cover and 28 days annual leave (excluding Public Holidays) Contract: Permanent Hours: 21 hours per week Our ideal candidate will have proven recent experience in bookkeeping, experience of using accounts software (preferably SUN) and a good understanding of accounting practices. With excellent numeracy and financial awareness, a methodical approach and attention to detail and accuracy, our postholder will be ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified/part-qualified or similar and possess strong interpersonal, planning, IT and time management skills.
