Employment solicitor - Flexible Working
An exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor (at least 1-3 years' PQE in employment law) to join a specialist employment law firm based in West London. Redmans’ head office is based in Richmond (London) but most business is conducted via telephone and email. It’s a relaxed, fun, working environment with a good work-life balance. The role is part-time (preferably 3 days per week), Redmans can accommodate flexible hours, and the firm is flexible as to where you choose to work.
You must be a skilled negotiator as the Firm’s instructions usually involve negotiating and agreeing on terms for employees leaving their jobs, although the Firm does also conduct employment tribunals too (for both claimants and respondents). You will have experience drafting proceedings, conducting Employment Tribunal litigation, and preferably undertaking Employment Tribunal advocacy on behalf of parties. You will need keen commercial awareness and legal skills, but you will not need to bring clients with you.

REMUNERATION: Full-time equivalent salary of £50,000 per annum
