Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups drive a balanced workforce, while providing focused development and engagement support across the UK. Among others working closely with the Global Balance Network, the Working Parents Network and Women’s Development Association, we’re always looking for ways to make sure our employee’s voices are heard in the workplace. That’s why our people regularly attend networking events and conferences to find out how they can drive positive change.
Flexible hours and family friendly benefits
Having a family shouldn’t mean sacrificing career progression. That’s why we offer our colleagues a guaranteed part-time role at the same grade and salary as their full-time job when returning from maternity. This gives them the time and security they need to build confidence and achieve a positive work-life balance. We also support working mums through our enhanced flexi-time scheme, which encourages colleagues to discuss their unique needs with their manager to arrange a work schedule that’s right for them.
