We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator on a temporary - permanent basis with a manufacturing company based in Leicester. The ideal candidate would be able to work independently whilst still being part of a team. You would be working Monday – Friday, 9am – 2:30pm.

Duties:

• Typing up quotes
• Entering invoices on to the system
• Preparing all payments
• Answering calls dealing with queries
• General administration duties – filing, scanning etc.

Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Highly organised
• Be able to build rapport easily
• Experience of using Sage
• Keen eye for detail
