Brewster Pratap are working with a worldwide leader in security solution technology. Due to recent growth they are looking to recruit an experienced part time Sales Administrator to join their Sheffield office.

The main purpose of the role is to handle all requests that come through to the internal sales team. This will involve the management of a joint mailbox, fielding internal and external queries over the phone, processing orders and creating quotations. In addition:

• Handling customer queries
• Answering all incoming calls in a professional manner, taking messages or forwarding to the relevant member of the team
• Working collaboratively with other internal and external teams
• Handling requests from worldwide stakeholders
• Supporting the sales team, chasing orders where necessary
• Covering reception for staff holidays
• Using your initiative to offer hep and administrative support to other teams at quieter periods


The experienced part time Sales Administrator will come from a similar background, have a high attention to detail with advanced computer skills having used sales order processing systems previously.

You will be a proactive individual who is able to adapt to change quickly and efficiently. Highly motivated and flexible as the role can change occasionally based on the projects.

• £17,500 pro rata
• 28 days per week covering 9:30-3:00pm Monday to Friday (3:30pm on a Friday)
• 25 days holiday + 8 stats (pro rata)
