Juice are delighted to be supporting an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, friendly and supportive organisation in their search for an part-time Office Coordinator on a 1 year maternity contract.

Our client are based in a fantastic location in central Cheltenham, and are looking for the ideal candidate to work 20 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days but this can be flexible.

Duties of the role include:
• Setting up projects - Job no, job folder, details set up on free agent
• Processing purchase orders, ensuring the PO spreadsheet is updated and maintained e.g. invoice reference, payment made and if recharge has been made
• Credit control - processing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Dealing with the post - ensure cheques are paid into the bank the day they come in, keep a record on sheet and look to update on free agent once cleared.
• Check and update unexplained transactions on the in-house bookkeeping system
• Admin tasks - payslips, holiday & sickness leave, filing, scanning, binding, stationary, printing (including arranging external printing/quotes), downloading files.
• PA tasks for the MD

Skills required:
• 3-5 years experience in an administration/ office coordinator role
• Credit control experience is desirable but not essential
• Friendly, motivated and a team player
• Able to work on own initiative
• Able to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently
