This new role of Director of HR & OD, which will report to the Deputy Chief Executive, will play a pivotal role in driving our People Strategy working in partnership with our senior leaders across the College and Group.

You will already have proved yourself in a senior HR & OD role as a visionary leader, will be fully qualified and hungry to be part of an innovative senior team.
