We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised and experienced individual to join our team as an Administrator.
The starting salary is £15,500 to £18,000 depending on experience.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office (all packages)
· Experience in Database input and updating
· Competent at Audio typing
· Professional telephone manner
· Confident in greeting client's at reception
· Experience in all office duties including filing, copying, faxing, emailing, mail in and out etc
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Punctual and reliable
· Able to work flexibly - this will include evenings and weekends
· Updating and organising team diary
· Smart in appearance and confident
· Standard Grade in English
· Versed in Social Media
· Higher in English
· Sales & Marketing Experience
