An Accounts Junior is the first point of contact for most client correspondence, especially telephone calls and post. This must be organised, sorted and filed so that the Process & Relationship Managers can easily find any documents they require. They are also responsible for planning the Process Manager’s weekly accounts schedule, based on what is received from the clients. An Accounts Junior will be expected to undertake and complete a wide range of ad hoc duties.
Main Duties include:
· Sort and file post
· Print and file invoices
· Update work checklist
· Add complete salons to Process Manager’s plan
· Request missing documents
· Making payments
· Answering telephone calls
· Managing incoming emails
