Working in this 3 star Hotel with its AA Rosette Restaurant and Ernie Lister Bar menus. The Hotel focuses on fish with homemade produce. Experience required but training will be given for all areas and development.
Duties include cooking breakfast, prepare, cook and serve starters, potatoes and vegetables, desserts and all bar food. Eventually training will be given for restaurant main courses.
Hours split shifts working 5 days out of 7. 40 - 50 hours per week. Salary according to experience.
